Don Julian Builders includes a one-year warranty on your home plus all manufacturer's warranties for appliances, furnace, air conditioners, hot water tanks, etc. Approximately 11 months after your closing date, please submit your list to our office. Our Customer Service Department will then contact you to arrange an appointment. Customer Service appointments are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm at which time a representative will visit your home to discuss your service request. All warranty service requests must be in writing and emailed to our office. In case of an emergency, please feel free to call us immediately.
